From your channel homepage, hit the "Edit panel" switch so you can add a panel.

Level up your stream with overlays

Using software like OBS, you can add beautiful overlays to help your charity stream stand out from the crowd. Here's how you add GivePenny Gaming overlays using OBS.

Step 1 - Access the streaming tools for your GivePenny page

Once your fundraising page has been published, you'll arrive on the "Congratulations" page. You can access your streaming tools from this page.

Tip: If you ever want to come back to the "Congratulations" page again, you can hit the "Edit" button at the top of your fundraising page (when you're logged in).

Step 2 - Copy the link for the stream overlay you want to use

Copy the unique link for the overlay so you can add it to your stream later.

Step 3 - Create a scene

OBS is helpful the first time you use it - it sets a scene for you. If you want or need to create a new one, here's how:

Hover over the Scenes: box > Hit the "+"

Step 4 - Add the HTML panel to your scene

Hover over the Sources: box > Right Click > Add > Browser

Paste the URL from the streaming tools page behind your fundraising page.

Step 5 - Move your overlay to wherever you like!

Awesome. You've added your overlay to your stream. You'll want to make sure you're happy with where it's positioned.

Be sure you have the overlay image selected.

A red border will now appear around the overlay:

You can use the mouse to resize the image like you would with any other window, although bear in mind if you do this, the quality of the image will change!

Left-clicking on the image and dragging it around helps you position your overlay.
